How much does shipping cost?
For orders over $49, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, we charge a flat $5.99 shipping fee.
When will I get my order?
We typically ship non-prescription orders in 24 hours. Orders generally arrive 2-3 business days after you place your order, depending on your location. Note: some non-food orders may take 5-10 business days for delivery. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 2 business days for the prescription to be verified with your veterinarian.
How can I track my order after it ships?
When we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don’t worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.
Where will you ship my order from?
Most orders ship from one of our three warehouses, in Easton, PA, Lansing, MI, or Sacramento, CA. In some cases, orders might be shipped from one of our partner warehouses.
Do you ship to…
The lower 48 states? Yep!
Alaska and Hawaii? We currently do not ship to these states.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses? Since all of our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.
Countries outside of the USA? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
